Hot air rotary heat sealing, hot wedge welding and impulse welding are all welding processes that can also be used to seam acrylic fabrics for the fabrication of awnings, boat covers, etc. Miller Weldmaster offers a special laminated tape that has a very strong adhesive on both sides. The adhesive is heat activated followed by pressure from the weld rollers, producing a very strong bond.

Our 112 Extreme™ is able to produce awnings and covers on a larger scale. The 112 Extreme™ will improve production times while reducing operator error. With the specially designed vacuum system, appearance is near perfect.

The Impulse Extreme™ is able to weld awnings and shades with the strongest awning and marine seams in the industry. The Impulse Extreme™ is able to weld PVC and Acrylic fabrics along with many others.
