I4500 Automated Curtain Producer

Indexing both horizontal and vertical webbings

The I4500 is designed to weld all webbing to truck curtains. It is recipe driven and easy to use assisting in automating production and increasing output

The Bi-directional travels up and down a track welding one layer of material at a time in each direction.

DH7600

Finish edges of multiple size panels

This single layer solution will weld both outside edges simultaneously. It is semi-automated as it does require two operators with adjustable heat systems that can accommodate multiple panel widths providing full product versatility no matter how big your covers and tarps.

Automated Inspection System

Splice rolls together and inspect material simultaneously

This automated inspection system will remove bad material, splice back together and then c-folds for easy material handling. The product is then folded in half and rewinded making a compact size product for reduced in-field installation labor.

SINGLE PANEL GROMMET

Add grommets to edges simultaneously

Depending upon your finished product, grommets can be an essential tool for screens, covers and tarps and will create long-lasting products that can handle multiple environments including; wind and rain. This solution will automatically weld hems and insert grommets in the outside edges simultaneously.

SHEET/CUT and WELD CEILING COVERS

Accurately size and weld multiple products

This customizable solution unwinds rolled material thru a puller with a footage counter to be cut to length. It is then transported onto a conveyor and thru a hot air welding machine for high speed finishing.

Travel any length

The 104 is a traveling machine, allowing material to maintain stationary while machine travels any length to complete a cover or tarp.
