Miller Weldmaster is able to manufacture a hot air or hot wedge welding system that is designed specifically for you production needs. We have the experience in the geo membrane industry to be able to help you reduce labor while increasing production. Through our heat-sealing process and knowledge of fabric handling we will be able to save you an extensive amount of in-the-field time and labor.

Machine Description
T-300 Extreme FLex™ - This machine combines versatility and precisely controlled operating parameters with an ergonomic design and interface for easy operation, speed, accuracy and productivity. The T-300 Extreme Flex™ will easily allow you to seam your panels together faster than any other technology on the market.
T-500™ - The T-500™ will easily allow you to seam your panels together, hem the ends faster than any other technology on the market. With its longer throat the T-500™ will increase your production while decreasing fabric handling. The T-500™ is designed to weld all the seams needed to produce your geo membranes!
M-100™ Geo Membrane - This system is a completely automated production process. This system takes 5 rolls and welds them together with a fold overlap seam. It then cuts the fabric to length and rewinds it onto one roll in a smaller shipping friendly configuration.
Model 110™ - this machine is a high speed geo membrane manufacturing system. This system is designed for high speed overlap seams.
M-100 Silo Cover production - This M-100™ is a completely automated production process. This system takes 2 prefolded rolls and welds them together with a fold overlap seam. It then cuts the fabric to length and rewinds it onto one roll in a smaller shipping friendly configuration.
Bi-Directional Welder™ - This system is designed to drastically reduce fabric handling in a small amount of space. This machine simply welds panels together in a fold overlap seam or simple overlap seam. The Bi-Directional Welder™ is designed for making any width or length liner or cover with only one person.
