M-100 Tarpaulin Welding Machine

This M-100 pulls fabric off of multiple rolls and welds up to 7 overlap seals and hems on both edges. This system also marks a perpendicular and lateral D-ring layout line and cuts to a desired length.

Automated Tarp Welding Equipment

 

M-100 Keder and Tarp Welding Machine

This M-100 pulls fabric off of two unwinds and welds an overlap while simultaneously creating and welding a two-sided keder to each edge of the finished panel.

M-100 Truck Side Tarp Heat-Sealing equipment

This M-100 pulls fabric off an unwind and welds multiple webbings and reinforcement strips simultaneously while cutting the products to length.

 

M-100 Welding Large Covers

This M-100 pulls fabric off of multiple rolls and is designed to weld up to three overlap seams and rewind the final product. The resulting roll is only 12 ft. wide when rewound, but unfolds to 48 ft wide.

 

112 Indexing System - Heat-Sealing Truck Side Tarpaulins

These fully automated systems are designed to dispense and weld webbing strips in pre-determined locations while indexing the panel to its next location.

 

M-100 Welding Mesh Tarpaulin

This M-100 was designed to pull fabric off roll and weld hems on both sides while simultaneously punches grommets on both edges. This system is also designed to cut to length while continuously welding.

Automated Mesh Tarp Heat-Sealing Equipment

 

M-100 Heat-Sealing Large Covers

This M-100 was designed to adjoin two rolls of multi-layered pre-folded blown film with a fold overlap seam. This system will then cut the product to length or rewind it into master rolls for distribution.

 

Custom System - Fully Automated Machine Welding Truck Side Curtains

This custom automated system was designed to weld webbing in both the horizontal and vertical direction on four curtains at the same time with the use of a large vacuum table, and automatic dispensing and cut to length welding heads.
