Hot air rotary heat sealing is a welding process that can also be used to seam acrylic fabrics for the fabrication of awnings, boat covers, etc. miler Weldmaster offers a special laminated tape that has a very strong adhesive on both sides. The adhesive is heat activated followed by pressure from the weld rollers,producing a very strong bond.
Our
Model 112 Cross Seamer is able to produce awnings and covers on a larger scale. The Model 112 will improve production times while reducing operator error. With the specially designed vaccum system, apperance is near perfect.
Now Available with the Ultra-Sonic Cutter. This Cutter will cleanly cut fabric leaving no frayed edges.
