Actual Temperature: This is how hot the machine is currently. The temp can be adjusted by pressing the number on the screen and inputting the speed you want.
**This is an example of where the actual temperature is located. The true temperature you need will vary depending on the product and material.

Temperature Set Point: This is how hot you want the machine to be for the purpose of welding your thermal plastics. The temp can be adjusted by pressing the number on the screen and inputting the speed you want.

- To activate the swing, you click the on button.
Heat Swing On or Off: Turns Swing On and Off.
- Once the button turns green, it will allow it to swing into position.
- The button with the swerve arrows is where it’ll start heating up the wedge.
Heat Switch: This is for turning the Temperature Controller ON/OFF.
- A message will pop up indicating that it is heating up and not at the desired temperature just yet.
- The clock button is the drive delay.
Drive Delay: Once the foot pedal is pressed, the drive start delay time will delay the weld roller from turning until the set point is reached.
- That is how fast the wheels take off after the wedge is in the set position.
- If you set it for two seconds, it's going to swing in one, two then the wheels will take off.
- Master speed where it's set in meters per minute.

Master Speed: This is the speed of the weld rollers. The speed can be adjusted by pressing the number on the screen and inputting the speed you want.

- Can input any speed you desire.
- The upper weld roller that will increase or decrease the speed of your upper roller.

Upper Weld Roller Speed: This increases the speed of the top roller compared to the lower master roller. 100% is 1 to 10
The T300 has an Upper Weld Roller Speed adjustment that allows you to vary the synchronization of the upper weld roller to the lower weld roller.

Some examples would be; welding a hem, welding a pole pocket, and welding a straight piece to a radius piece. To increase the speed of the upper roller, follow these steps:

- Press the menu button in the Main
- Press the welding functions button in the Menu

- The same thing applies with the puller wheel back here.
There will be situations that occur where the upper roller will need to rotate at a faster rate than the lower roller.

Click the house button on the bottom right corner to view the home screen.

Recipe: This is a particular combination of the parameters of heat and speed used to weld different types of fabric. This shows which recipe you’re currently using on the machine. 0 - 24 Available recipe settings. In order to change recipes, the heat on/off switch must be in the off position.

Save and choose the seams you want to weld.

Click the pencil button to go in and input the desired parameters for each recipe

Take the table off and swing this underneath by dropping the lower weld roller and changing the setup

The drive can be reversed if you get your material stuck.

You can turn the drive off by pressing this button.

ON/OFF Switches: The Drive FWD/REV, Drive System ON/OFF, and Foot Pedal Override ON/OFF switches are used to turn the functions ON/OFF.

The hourglass button showcases the outer meter of the machine.

Hours Meter: The hour meter manages how long the machine has been running. Broken our between the machine, maintenance, hot air, and hot wedge

The tools button leads to a more in-depth menu.
Advanced Settings: The tools button leads into the depth menus - some things are locked off for parameters

Brighten the screen and change your swinging motion.

- Anytime you switch between heat systems, you must go to this menu, and you want to auto-tune it.
- For hot air, you need to set it to 300 then click the auto-tune.
- Hot wedges will be 200.
