Brent took over as President in 2019, and under his guidance, the company has continued to thrive, embracing new technologies and expanding its market reach. With thirty-four years of experience with Miller Weldmaster, Brian has held many different positions including: Machinist, Electrician, Machine Assembler, Field Service Technician, Team Leader, Director of Engineering, Director of R&D, VP of Packaging, and his position today Vice President of International Sales and Packaging. Being with the company for many years Brian has many good memories his favorite is working with customers to help solve their issues. That could be servicing a machine, training operators on their machine, educating customer of what they can do with a Miller solution, designing a solution for a customer (automation), and or serving our industry to the fullest extent based on the Miller Weldmaster family values.

With over twenty-five years at Miller Weldmaster, Keith Has held many positions including Welder, Mechanical Assembler, Custom Machines Install Technician, Production Manager, Purchasing Manager, and currently is the Director of Operations. Keith values the long-lasting friendships he has made with his coworkers and customers through the years.

With over two decades of experience at Miller Weldmaster, Mike has been with the company for 23 years. He has held two roles his first a Customer Service and Logistics Manager and Now he holds the position of Director of Customer Service. Before Miller Weldmaster, Mike was a Licensed Real Estate Agent for ten years. Some of Mikes favorite memories include attending the many tradeshows over the years and creating great relationships with Miller Weldmaster’s valued customers and providing solutions for their problems. He has gotten the opportunities to visit many countries including China, Hong Kong, Netherlands, Poland, Germany, and the United Kingdom.

With over 9 years at Miller Weldmaster and over eleven years in the industry, Zach has held multiple positions. Prior to being at Miller Weldmaster, he was a Project Engineer at 3M. At Miller Weldmaster, Zach has held the roles of New Product Development Engineer, Global New Business Development and Innovation Manager, Engineering Manager, and is currently the Director of Engineering. Zach's favorite aspect of his role at Miller Weldmaster is the opportunity to visit customer sites, where he evaluates and optimizes manufacturing processes.

With five years of dedicated service at Miller Weldmaster, Bryan has proven to be a valuable asset to the team. Starting his journey in 2019, Bryan initially served as a Field Service Technician before advancing to his current role as Sales Demonstration Manager. He thrives in the dynamic environment of trade shows and seizes every opportunity to deepen customer relationships during installs and live demonstrations. Beyond his professional achievements, Bryan enjoys spending quality time with his coworkers, fostering a strong sense of community within the team. He is also a reservist of our United States Army Air Force and is actively involved with them.

With his current role as Senior Project Manager Engineering. Matt enjoys going to help customers and that are upset with a problem with their machine and then getting it fixed quickly for them.

He has held career several positions at Miller Weldmaster, including Electrician, Standard Technician, and Packaging Field Service Engineer. Dan thrives on the dynamic nature of his work, enjoying the opportunity to meet new people and tackle diverse challenges in different locations each week. He is particularly passionate about resolving customer issues, always eager to provide solutions that enhance their operational success.
