Our Customer Service Technicians are reminded daily of the following: “If we don’t take care of our customers, somebody else will.” Our founder, Al Miller, has always emphasized the importance of customer service to each and every one of our employees. You expect quality service and it is our responsibility to deliver it. We encourage you to talk to any of our customers. We are confident that you will hear only positive comments about our service and support. We design our machines to be easy to operate with limited maintenance needed. Should you have a problem, in most cases it can be taken care of over the phone. Specially trained technicians are also available for in-field service if necessary. To ensure that repairs are made quickly, all standard replacement parts are shipped out on the same day they are ordered.
