Miller Weldmaster helps pool manufacturers find the right hot air welders, or pool cover sealing equipment, for their production needs. Our engineers love a challenge and will work with manufacturers to find the solution to their unique needs.

Check out these unique pools from around the world. They’re probably all too big for pool covers, but if our engineers were asked to create a custom pool cover solution for them, we guarantee you they’d try!

World's Highest Pool

The 150 meter long infinity pool atop the Marina Bay Sands resort is the largest outdoor pool at its height. Located 55 stories above ground, the rooftop pool offers a stunning view of Singapore.

World's Largest Pool

Almost a mile long, the San Alfonso del Mar, located in Algarrobo, Chile, holds about 66 million gallons of treated Pacific Ocean water. It costs almost $4 million USD in annual maintenance to keep the pool clean for both swimmers and boaters.

World's Deepest Pool

The Y-40 Deep Joy is named for its world record depth of 40 meters. Located inside the Hotel Terme Millepini in Padua, Italy, the pool is filled with thermal spa water and has various depths of caves for technical underwater diving.
